“Not Your Normal Fried” Salmon Fried Rice


RECIPE SUGGESTION FOR USE WITH THE SAUCE! THE ORIGINAL

 

INGREDIENTS FOR SALMON

  • 2 6oz pieces of skinless salmon 1 scoop THE SAUCE! THE ORIGINAL

    Directions: Marinate salmon in THE SAUCE! for 30 minutes - to a few hours, or overnight. Broil on 400 degrees for 10-12 until minutes or desired doneness. Chill until needed.

INGREDIENTS FOR FRIED RICE

  • 1 pint day old rice

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 scoop THE SAUCE! THE ORIGINAL

  • 2 eggs beaten

  • ½ cup bean sprouts

  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce (optional) ¼ cup water

  • ¼ cup chopped scallions (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:

Heat sesame oil in large pan on high heat. Add rice and cook until slightly browned. Slide rice to side of pan and add a touch of sesame oil and scramble eggs. Reduce heat and add Salmon broken in medium large size pieces, THE SAUCE! THE ORIGINAL, and Bean Sprouts. Stir until well incorporated. Finish off with the low sodium Soy Sauce. Plate and garnish with scallions and serve.
