Established in 2008, Play to Win transforms the lives of at risk male youth ages 14-24, by motivating, mentoring, and preparing them to adopt core values that will lead to personal, professional, and spiritual success.

We offer an enrichment based Mentoring program for young men and their mentors. Mentoring sessions are scheduled twice a month and designed to focus on college prep, career readiness, 21st century skills, cultural enlightenment, and physical fitness.

For those who have made the decision to go onto college or some form of vocational training, our Scholars program is designed to help them acquire the resources necessary to do so. To date 9 young men have graduated from our Scholars program; going on to join the United States Navy, attend Camden County College,Rutgers UniversityRowan UniversityUrsinus College, and Stockton University, receiving scholarships and numerous awards along the way.

Our graduation rate from the first cohort was 100% which is over 40% higher than the graduation rate of Camden City public high schools. Even better, 90% of PTW graduates are going on to college, entering the military or joining the workforce after high school, as productive, tax-paying citizens.

Sponsorships to Play to Win are critical, as they offer us the opportunity to provide these programs. Play to Win accepts donations from individuals, businesses, foundations, corporations, and government agencies. To inquire about sponsorships, email our team at
