Chef Aaron recently visited The Bread Project and spread awareness about the dangers of stroke and heart disease with the American Heart & Stroke Association in Oakland CA, by preparing healthy holiday recipes during a cooking demo and community seminar.
He also attended the "Worlds of Flavor" Conference with Barilla Pasta at the Culinary Institute of America, located in Napa, where he prepared dishes featuring Barilla products.
